Our office is conveniently located on Wells Branch Parkway in Austin, Texas.  Community Health & Rehab Centre serves the North Austin, Wells Branch Area, Pflugerville and Round Rock for over 20 years.  CHRC is dedicated to helping its’ patients regain their health again.

CHRC is a comprehensive outpatient treatment facility offering a full array of services designed to help our patients reach a complete state of wellness.  We offer physical therapy, chiropractic and massage therapy and treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. We are providers for most Insurances (see our list), and we do handle auto accidents as well. We have several payment option plans available because it is our mission not to let finances get in the way of patients receiving care.
