What to Expect With Your First
Physical Therapy Visit

Upon entering our office you will be greeted by our friendly front desk staff.

You’ll receive a “New Patient” packet to complete providing us with information about you and your current condition.

You will then receive a brief consultation from the Physical Therapist who will discuss your medical concerns, health related problems and rehabilitations goals.

Our Physical Therapist will then perform a thorough evaluation to determine degree of pain, range of motion and physical impairment.

After reviewing your assessment our Physical Therapist will discuss your current condition and provide appropriate treatment options that are right for you.
